Advice Centre

This project has been set up to provide free advice and support to the local community. This is open 4 days a week covering a range of areas such as social security benefits, form filling, employment and education.

BYL Advice Centre at CYCD obtained MATRIX Accreditation for Information, Advice and Guidance on Learning and Work and also received the General Level Community Legal Service Quality Mark for Advice to the Community on Welfare Benefits.

Both these awards demonstrate the excellence of the professional practice and the service provided as recognised by two separate awarding bodies.
